TEA - WHAT IS WHITE BEVERAGE?

I love going up from the beaten track on my travels, and that probably explains why the town of Kurunegala in Sri Lanka ranks highly along with me. Despite this not being on regular tourist trail, I enjoyed the town and found there are a few cool things to make in Kurunegala. Some gurus are "not even in the Lonely Planet" (indeed not in my edition)
